The World Health Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) recommend that the normal daily sodium intake for healthy adults should not exceed 2,000 mg. Based on the fact that salt is composed of 40% sodium and 60% chlorine, the daily intake of sodium should not be more than 2000 mg, which is equivalent to the daily intake of no more than 5000 mg or about one teaspoon of salt. Children's salt intake should be less than that of adults. For example, the Chinese Nutrition Society recommends that children aged 7 to 10 should not consume more than 1,000 mg of sodium or about half a teaspoon of salt per day. The younger the child, the less sodium he needs every day.

    Function Description

    1. Sensor part: Test the salt concentration and test the juice part of the food.
    2. 7 red LEDs respectively indicate the salt concentration: 0.3%~0.6% (moderate) / 0.8%~1.0% (too rich) / 1.3%~2.0% (too rich).
    3. 1 green LED for power indication.
    4. Power switch: Press and hold the button to turn on the power for testing. Stop testing after releasing.

      Instructions for use

      1. Please clean the salt tester probe with neutral detergent.
      2. Putting the object to be measured into a container requires a certain height.
      3. Press the ON switch of the salt tester and see that the Power indicator lights up green. If it does not light up, it means the battery voltage is too low and a new battery needs to be replaced.
      4. Insert the probe of the salt tester into the solution for at least 2CM and conduct the test at a distance of at least 1CM from the container wall. After the display is stable, read the last reading of the red light that is on, which is the detection value.
      5. After the test is completed, clean the probe part of the salt tester with neutral detergent.

        Clean

        1. Please rinse with clean water or use neutral detergent on a cloth to clean the sensor part of the machine.
        2. Do not rinse with water or use neutral detergent on a cloth to clean the main part of the machine.
        3. Do not use alcohol, thinner or gasoline to clean the sensor part and main part of the machine.

          Depositary

          1. Prevent falling or strong earthquakes, otherwise the salt concentration tester may malfunction.

          2. It should be kept away from high temperature, direct sunlight, humidity and other places.

          3. If the salt concentration test timer will not be used for a long time, please remove the battery.
