Hong Kong Local Payment Options

Hong Kong 

  • For any purchase over HK$1,000 (except furniture), we offer free local delivery (limited to Hong Kong only). 
  • For any purchase less than HK$1,000, we can arrange local courier (either SF-express or Ta-Q-Bin) for you at your cost. You may pay the shipping cost with the order or pay at delivery. You may refer to SF Express or Ta-Q-Bin website for shipping cost.
  • Delivery will be arranged within 7 days of successful purchase, delivery date has to reference to the local courier schedule. For any changes on the delivery arrangement after shipped, customer is to contact the local courier directly.
  • For areas that are not supported by SF Express or Ta-Q-Bin, please contact us directly for other arrangements.

Mainland China and Overseas Areas

  • We can send you the order by courier service at your cost.
  • For orders deliver to Mainland China, your orders may be subject to taxes and/or additional charge, Import Trade Declaration or ID copy may also be required for customs clearance. 
  • If orders returned to us due to customers’  failure to pay tax or handle import trade declarations, customer will be responsible for all the associated costs (i.e. the returned shipping fee, resending shipping fee, etc). Please read the rules posted by China Customs.

Returns Policy 

For Purchased Products

For any unsatisfactory item, you may bring the product together with the receipt, original brand packaging, product tag, free gift, etc to our store within 7 days from the day you purchase the item in exchange of other item(s) of same price, or pay the extra amount for higher price item(s) immediately.

Please note that we do not support refund on any purchase, customers shall consider carefully before placing an order.

Due to hygiene reasons, some items are non-returnable, i.e. slippers, apparels, lingerie, socks, incontinence products, skin care and skin wash products, or any items specified.

For delivery item(s), it counts from the day when the goods have been delivered. 

Cancel Online Orders

Should you like to cancel your pre-paid order before it is shipped, you will be refunded fully via your payment mode of either Credit Card, Paypal or Store Credit. If your order has been shipped out, please refer to the returns policy above.
