We will despatch your order upon receipt of your payment. Please keep all payment proof.

Delivery Service

Hong Kong

  • For all purchases over HK$800 (after discounted, and except furniture), free delivery is included.  Except outlying Islands, remote areas and buildings without lift.
  • For orders below HK$800, extra local delivery fee of $60 is required.
  • For all orders (with stocks), delivery will be done within 7 days (except pre-order items or furniture).  For any address changes after order has been despatched, extra shipping fee may be applied.
  • Order lead time for furniture would be around 10-14 days, for more details, please check with our staff.
  • For any address that is not covered by local courier, please contact us for special arrangement.

Overseas / Mainland China

  • HOHOLIFE can help you to send your orders to overseas or Mainland China.  For shipping cost, please contact our staff.
  • For sending your order to mainland China, extra postage, tax, customs procedures will be required.  Please provide personal ID for tax declaration procedure.
  • For all orders that are returned / failed to be delivered due to the failure on providing client's required personal details, all shipping costs and handling fees for re-sending the order should be paid by the client.

Exchange Orders

For all purchases

  • Customers shall email us on any product defect for item exchange within 7 days (from date of purchase or delivered).  Photos and proofs are required, or else no exchange will be offered.
  • For exchanging items, please bring back all original packings, free gifts, original receipt.  Any item that is not in its original condition, or is being used / damaged, or with missing parts will not be accepted.
  • For all items that are being used or taken out of its plastic wrap or box, no exchange will be offered.
  • Any free gift or sample are not exchangeable.
  • If customers do not apply for stock changes or returns within 7 days, it means the transaction deal is closed, our company will not have any legal responsibilities and will not arrange any stock changes or returns afterwards.
  • No refunds will be provided on any purchase.
  • No exchange will be offered if it is not related to product defect.
  • HOHOLIFE reserves the right of final decision relating to the promotions and any dispute thereof, and may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
